Tournament system:
All teams are seeded into two pools. During the game, IBSA goalball rules shall apply. The tournament will be played in two stages with a round robin system. During the first stage teams will play against each other for a place in a pool. Rankings of all participating teams will be determined during the second stage of the tournament.
