INVITATION
Malmo Lady InterCup 2007:
Your national ladyteam in goalball is invited to participate in the Malmo Lady InterCup 2007.
The tournament is to take place in Malmo, Sweden, 18 – 20th of May and is arranged by the organisation of FIFH Malmo. The tournament will start Friday at 9.00 18th of May and end Sunday at 16.00 20th of May.
All teams and officials will be accommodated at First Garden Hotel. This hotel is situated in the centre of Malmö
Breakfast at hotel included. Lunch Friday, Saturday and Sunday and dinner at Thursday, Friday and Saturday are included in the fee.
You will also find McDonald’s, Burgerking, a café and a lunch resturant within a short walkingdistance from the venue.
Transportation
You will reach Malmo from the Copenhagen Int.Airport in Denmark and then by train from the airport to the station of ”Malmö Central Station”, the second station on Swedish ground (approx. 20 min). From there you will be transported to the hotel, if arriving on Thursday or before. You will also be transported back to the station when you leave Malmo on Sunday night or later. Transportation between hotel and venue will be arranged by the organizers.
Fees
The entryfee of each team is SEK 18500 (1947 Euro) and that will include entry, hotel in doublerooms, transportation, breakfast, lunch and dinner for a total of eight persons from Thursday evening to Sunday evening.
If your team consist by more than eight persons there is a fee of SEK 700 per night for a person in singleroom include everything that is include for the rest of the team.
If you want to book some additional nights at the hotel, if you arrive earlier than Thursday or departure later than Sunday, the cost will be SEK 380 for part in double room, including breakfast and SEK 500 for single room, including breakfast.
A round Robin followed by a play off. This will depend on the number of participating teams. The tournament will be played at FIFH-hallen in one venue with wooden floor (as past years)
If comming we would like to have the first entryform latest by the 8th of April, and the second entryform, payments and definite travel-times no later than 29th of April. You will receive a bankaccount number and more details for payments after we have received the first entry form.
