Dear Sport friends,

It is our pleasure to invite you to the International Goalball Tournament for the Open Cup of Bulgaria for Clubs and National Teams which we are organizing in October 17-19, 2008 in Sofia.

Teams invited: Max. 8 teams (First come-first served basis)

Date: Arrival Friday, October 17 before 17.00
Competition Saturday and Sunday, October 18 -19
Departure Sunday afternoon, not before 17:00 October 19

Location: The tournament will take place in Sofia

Accommodation: all competitors and members of delegations will be accommodated in a Hotel in a twin, double or triple bedrooms.

Food: food for all participants will be available at the same location.

Teams: The participation fee covers accommodation and food for no more than eight persons (six players and two managers/attendants).
Any additional members will have to pay 170 EUROS for participation per a person for the whole period (Friday evening-Sunday afternoon).
Any additional nights are covered by the teams themselves and per a person per a night it costs Euro 40 without food included. .

Participation fee: The participation fee is 500 EUROS for 8 persons. The price includes accommodation, food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and local transport , from day of arrival to the day of departure.

The dead line to transfer the relevant amount to the bank account will be July 20, 2008 to the following bank:

Sports club for people with disabilities  “Vitosha”

Referees: the invitation to each team is extended to one qualified IBSA Referee Level III, Level II or Level I. Referees refereeing the competition will not be included in the eight-member quota. The organisers will therefore provide free-of-charge accommodation, food and local transport for the referees.

Liability: the organisers shall not be liable for any accidents or illnesses that may occur before, during or after the competition.

Applications: the deadline for submitting applications is July 10, 2008.

Participation confirmation: The participation of selected teams will be confirmed by August 10, 2008.
