General information.
A warm welcome from Great Britain.
A draw was carried out on Tuesday 25th March @ 6 pm to decide the teams order. Mr & Mrs Roberts carried out this draw and the following teams came out of the bag
The following game plan will start on Friday 18th April 2008 at 12 o’clock noon in 2 sports halls. Teams will play a straight round robin over a 2 day period. Full details will be sent in due course.
All teams most make sure uniforms meet IBSA Regulations and only listed persons on the team sheet will be allowed on the team bench during the games.
Pack lunches will be provided each day and teams will get water from the water machine at the sport hall, please ensure you bring water bottles during game play.
The hotel is 2km away from the sport venue and transport will be available at set times to return to hotel and sports venue.

Trains from Manchester Airport to Manchester Piccadilly run on average every 20 minutes

We can arrange pick up from the Manchester Piccadilly train station to the hotel.

Original information.
This year's event will be held in Manchester at the Wright Robinson Sports College.
Teams arrive on Thursday 17th April 2008.
The tournament starts on Friday 18th April 2007 and will be completed on Saturday 19th April 2007 and teams will leave on Sunday 20th April, 2008.
This year we will host a men’s event for 8 teams and an event for 6 female teams.
The competition with be run with full IBSA Rules and Regulations.
From Manchester Airport it is a short train journey.
Teams will be met at the airport and make their way to Manchester on Train which is around 20 minutes,
Participants will be staying at the Express Holiday Inn- Manchester East.
Accommodation will be twin rooms that are bright and well designed.
Easy access to Manchester City Centre on a main route into the city.
The officials will be IBSA referees and students from local sports colleges will support the event.
It is hoped you will have a team helper that will speak your language and be able to help you and make your stay a very pleasant one.
Entry:
Maximum of 8 male teams and 6 female teams to complete the registration form and return it via e-mail.
A deposit and entry fee of £150 non returnable will be required before Thursday 31st January with payment for accommodation due by Monday 3rd March 2008.
Accommodation:
2 persons sharing a room this price includes bed, breakfast, Pack lunch and evening meal. £250 per room.
Check in: Thursday 17th April 2008 after 2:00pm.
Check out: Sunday 20th April 2008 before 11am.
* Please note you may have to make arrangements for your own meals on Thursday. *
A maximum of 9 people per team will be allowed.

• Contact Name and e-mail address of coach or other person to receive information for the team.
You will be required to get all visas etc. to entry the UK and inform us if you require any information to support you application.
Please make sure you apply early and keep us informed.
All payments must be sent on time and detailing who you are paying for.
Teams are required to send full details of players names, numbers and also electronic photo of them plus coaches etc. to the organisers at a later date to be agreed.
