Proposals for new goalball rules.

Talking in general every Paralympic Games there will be a discussion for proposals to change goalball rules. So now the IBSA goalball subcommittee is asking all IBSA member nations that have proposals of changes in the rules to send this to the IBSA goalball subcommittee.

You can send your proposals to Mr. Stephen Kearney who is in charge to collect all proposals. But you have to do this not later then August 15, 2008. Your national representative can send the proposals to email address ibsagoalball@hotmail.com.

If - as individual - you have suggestions to make changes in the goalball rules then you have to inform your national representative.

For your information we can tell you that the present goalball rules are for the period 2006 - 2010.
