In September 1st was launched 1st Goalball exhibition in Czech Republic. The exhibition take place in Divisov Muzeum of Jewish Culture (Divisov is small town nearby Benesov and Prague) and it documents 25 year long tradition of this sport in Czech Republic. On top of presentation of goalball sport for visually impaired people it shows a lot of international success of our team. Besides it there are some expositions about other sport activities of goalball community, like tandem cycling, rafting and athletics. The exposition is interactive, there is video presentation, eyeshades what visitors can try on and small model of playground on the floor. In the opening day there were players in outfit and guide dog too. The exhibition will be touring. After European Championship in Prague in October it will move to Pilsen, Prague and in beginning of 2007 it will continue in other places.
How could be the goalball exhibition interesting for people? In the first weekend there was over 100 visitors and it was released and recenzed by local media!
